Vjosa River Visitor Centre by CEBRA
In the wake of the establishment of a nearly 13,000-hectare national park including the Lumi Vjosa, the Albanian government selected CEBRA to design a multifunctional visitor centre in Tepelenë and information stations in Përmet and Vlorë. The newly established Vjosa Wild River National Park marks the first protected wild river in Europe.
The project includes efforts to preserve and protect biodiversity and ecosystems as the river environment is the home of more than 10,000 animal species and several threatened animal and plant species.

Education should prioritize Ethics, Family Values, Appreciating the Earth, Knowing Thyself, Creativity and Invention, Art, General Survival, Science, Languages, and Critical Thinking. Then you will produce mature human beings rather than ignorant obedient drones.
Interesting building. Now the real challenge begins: to find teachers and educators who are smart enough to revolutionize a completely failed education system.

Compelling concept, integrated learning - cross disciplinary approach. What country do the creators have in mind? There is no security in a "permeable" space, but escape should be easier too. For wealthy kids, this might happen - anywhere. Poor kids in the US keep falling further behind the mainstream.
